From Coach Julie:Congratulations to the Tsunami Swim Team on their second win of the season today over Tarrytown YMCA. Thank you to all parent volunteers for your continuing help.
The team has been working very hard during practices and today's meet reflected this. Numerous personal-bests were established as well as new team records. I am quite pleased with their performances!
Congratulations to the following swimmers on breaking team records:
*Julia Rohan, breaking her own record, 8's 100IM (1:39.07)
*Jasmine Bennett, 14's 100 Free (1:01.16)
*Adonis Fortunato, breaking his own record, 12's 50 Free (29.11)
*Dean Kuldraree, 14's 100 Free (58.43) AND 14's 100 Breast (1:17.31) old record set in 2005.
*Boys 12 and under 200 Free Relay 2:09.18 (by 5 seconds!):
Pierce Butler, Marco Gobbatto, Adonis Fortunato, Thomas Heubel.
